- 1 piece white tofu (about 200g)
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 green pepper
- 9 ml cooking oil
- 3 g salt
- 1.5 g chicken bouillon
- 10 ml water

Prepare Ingredients
- Wash the tofu and cut it into slices about 5mm thick. Place on a plate.
- Wash the green onions, remove the roots, and chop into scallions. Set aside.
- Wash the peppers, cut them open, remove the seeds, and cut into 1cm x 1cm pieces. Set aside.

Pan-Fry the Tofu
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 9ml cooking oil per serving.
- Once the oil is hot, spread it evenly across the bottom of the pan.
- Place the tofu slices evenly in the pan and pan-fry over low heat until golden brown, then flip.
- When both sides are golden brown, transfer to a plate and set aside.

Stir-Fry Peppers and Combine
- Add more oil to the pan until it covers the bottom.
- Add the peppers and stir-fry over high heat, pressing and mashing with a spatula for .
- Add the tofu back to the pan and stir-fry together.
- Add salt and chicken bouillon, then stir-fry over medium heat for .
- Add 10ml water and reduce the sauce over high heat.
- Before serving, sprinkle with the chopped green onions, then transfer to a plate and serve.

Cut the tofu into even slices for consistent cooking.
