Cut the Kiwis
- Peel the kiwis and cut each one in half, then cut each half into 4 small chunks.

Dice the Apple
- Core the apple half and cut it into small, even dice.

Stem the Spinach
- Remove the stems from the spinach leaves, keeping only the tender leafy parts.

Chop the Spinach
- Roughly chop the spinach leaves so they blend evenly.

Load the Blender
- Add the kiwi chunks, diced apple, and chopped spinach to the blender jar.

Add the Water
- Pour 700ml drinking water into the blender jar.

Sweeten the Drink
- Add up to 12g granulated sugar, adjusting the amount to your taste.

Blend Until Smooth
- Blend for , stop to check the texture, and repeat for up to 4 cycles, about total, until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
