Stir-Fry Peppers and Combine
- Add more oil to the pan until it covers the bottom.
- Add the peppers and stir-fry over high heat, pressing and mashing with a spatula for 3 minutes.
- Add the tofu back to the pan and stir-fry together.
- Add salt and chicken bouillon, then stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Add 10ml water and reduce the sauce over high heat.
- Before serving, sprinkle with the chopped green onions, then transfer to a plate and serve.
